While this candidate did have a top-level Readme.txt file, we did not test it because we found other issues showing the candidate was already incomplete. In particular, inside MTK_OpenWrt_Common/package/ramips/drivers/mt7915D_7400/mt7915_20201106-34067b.tar.xz we found some Linux kernel module source code at mt_wifi/os/linux/rt_main_dev.c that contained this text: "The information contained herein is confidential and proprietary". That is not compatible with Linux's license, so such text must be deleted before the source candidate can be compliant.
