Eight Conservancy Member Projects selected for Google Summer of Code 2013

April 9, 2013

Software Freedom Conservancy is pleased to announce that eight Conservancy member projects have been selected to participate in Google Summer of Code 2013. Mentor developers from Boost, Evergreen, Inkscape, Mercurial, Mifos, Samba, Sugar Labs, and Wine will work with participating student summer interns tasked with writing free and open source software for their respective projects.

Students interested in working with one of the eight selected Conservancy projects — or any other FLOSS project participating in the program — can visit the Google Summer of Code 2013 website for more information.
