Conservancy's Executive Director Receives 2012 O'Reilly Open Source Award

Today, at the annual Open Source Software Convention, Bradley M. Kuhn, Executive Director of Software Freedom Conservancy, received a prestigious 2012 O'Reilly Open Source Award.
Kuhn received the award for his decade of work in Free Software non-profit organizations, including his daily work at the Software Freedom Conservancy, and for his work helping create and defend copyleft licensing. With this award, Kuhn joins an elite group of past winners, which include Conservancy Board of Directors member and co-founder of Conservancy's Samba project, Jeremy Allison (who won this award in 2010), and Karen Sandler, Corporate Secretary and pro-bono counsel of Conservancy (who won this award in 2011).
